Shashwat Foundation is striving to make a positive impact in healthcare, quality education to children, and the environment. The organization has been founded by the respected and well-known Doctor Duo - Dr. Rajesh Punjabi (Consultant Vaginal Cosmetic Surgeon, M.D., D.G.O., Diploma In Gynec Endoscopy,(C.I.C.E.-France)) and Dr. Shital Punjabi (Consultant Vaginal Cosmetic Surgeon M.D, D.G.O(Gold Medalist), Art Specialist(USA)).
Vision
To be instrumental in the formation of a society that is free from illiteracy as well as life-threatening diseases and in-turn focusing on the development and empowerment of people especially pertaining to livelihood generation, and eventually creating a society that is morally, socially, economically and humanly equal, equitable, just and sustainable or seekers.

Dr. Shital Punjabi
Dr. Rajesh Punjabi has over 20 years of expertise in the field of Gynecology, Laparoscopic surgery and over 10 years of successful experience in the field of ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology). He has taken training from many national and international Laparoscopic surgeons and has done diploma in Gynec endoscopy from CICE, France. Master in performing major Laparoscopic surgeries, TLH, myomectomy, chocolate cyst, prolapsed surgeries, and fertility enhancing surgeries. He is one of the most talented doctors in our panel. He has taken Training for Gynec Cosmetic Surgeries and has Expertise in Vaginal Rejuvenation Treatments.
Dr. Shital Punjabi is a Gold Medalist and IVF Specialist from USA. Studied from N.H.L Mun. Medical college, Ahmedabad, in 1996, she has taken training for IVF and embryology from Cleveland clinic Ohio, USA. She has taken Training for Gynec Cosmetic Surgeries and has Expertise in Vaginal Rejuvenation Treatments. She has been a visiting faculty for national and international conferences in Bangladesh, Nepal, Srilanka, and almost all the cities of India.

Payal is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in multiple industries including Tech, Environmental Monitoring, CSR, and Education. Payal is currently handling her Not-for-profit organization focused on impactful projects around healthcare, education for the underprivileged group. She is passionate about supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals and intends to work and spread awareness about attaining Sustainable Living and empowerment of women through the Shashwat Foundation.
An entrepreneur as well as a medical student skilled in Entrepreneurship, Public Speaking, Social Entrepreneurship, Human Rights, and Healthcare.
